Profile and background

Founding partner of the firm and responsible for the labor area in the litigation, advisory and strategic segments. He works directly in the management of cases, focusing on the best result for the client. He has experience in conflict prevention and in the development of specific strategies to reduce risks for companies. He has distinguished himself in union negotiations, focusing on the conclusion of collective agreements and conventions.

He is a professor of undergraduate and graduate courses at the Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará (CESUPA) and gives lectures on the labor area, in addition to training for managers and employees of companies.
