Profile and background

Founding partner of the firm and responsible for the labor area practice in the litigation, consulting and strategic segments. His practice of law is directed to conducting processes, focusing on the best result for the client. He has experience in conflict prevention and in the development of strategies aimed at reducing risks for companies. Outstanding performance in union negotiations, focusing on the conclusion of collective bargaining and agreements.

He is a professor for graduate and postgraduate courses at Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará (CESUPA) and gives lectures in the labor area, in addition to training for managers and employees of the companies.
